Delran Police Activity July 14, 2017 - July 20 , 2017


DWI ARREST: On July 15, 2017 Delran Police were dispatched to a single car motor vehicle accident.  Delran Police came in contact with the driver of the vehicle identified as Anthony Rolston of Willingboro.  It was later learned that Mr. Rolston was driving under the influence of alcohol.  Mr. Rolston was taken into custody, processed, issued several motor vehicle summonses and he was released pending his court appearance.
ARREST: On July 17, 2017 a Delran Officer conducted a motor vehicle stop driven by Gurnsey Flagg of Burlington for a motor vehicle violation.  It was later learned that he had an outstanding warrant out of Burlington Twp.  Mr. Flagg was placed under arrest, processed on the warrants and he was released after posting bail.

ARREST: On Tuesday July 18, 2017 Delran Police were dispatched to 5010 North Rt. 130 Delran NJ the Wawa convenience store for a customer dumping gasoline into a storm drain on the property.  Responding officers identified Walter M. Charlton and David L. Hall on scene. Information was obtained that Walter M. Charlton purchased 36 gallons of gasoline at Wawa gas pumps for his SeaPro boat. The gas nozzle was placed in the fishing rod holder hole in the hull of the boat not the gas port inlet and 36 gallons of gas was pumped into the hull of the boat.  Walter M. Charlton and David L. Hall drove to a storm drain on the Wawa property and opened the hull plug and discharged the 36 gallons of gasoline into the storm drain.  Walter Charlton and David Hall were both charged with third degree Criminal Mischief and they were both released on a summons, pending their court appearance.

SHOPLIFTING ARREST: On July 19, 2017 Delran Police were dispatched to The Home Depot for a shoplifting.  Faith Anderson of Delran was arrested and charged with shoplifting.  Ms. Anderson was released on a summons pending her court appearance.

 
 
 
ARREST: On July 20, 2017 a Delran Officer came in contact with Jared M. Everly of Delran.  It was later learned that he had outstanding warrants out of Cinnaminson.  Mr. Everly was placed under arrest, processed on the warrants and he was turned over to Cinnaminson Police.
