ARREST: On July 6, 2016 a Delran Officer observed an
occupied parked vehicle behind the Shoprite.
The officer came in contact with Sean Conner of Willingboro. It was later learned that Mr. Conner was in
possession of Marijuana. Mr. Conner was
taken into custody, processed and he was released pending his court appearance.
ARREST: On
July 8, 2016 a Delran Officer came in contact Shakir A. Phelps of Newark. It was later learned that Mr. Phelps had an
active warrant out of Newark. Me. Phelps
was taken into custody, processed on the warrants and he was released.

ARREST: On July
12, 2016 a Delran
Police officer conducted a motor vehicle stop on a vehicle driven by Charles E.
Woods of Willingboro for a motor vehicle violation. It was later learned that was Mr. Woods was driving
under the influence of alcohol. Mr. Woods was taken into custody, processed,
issued several motor vehicle summonses and he was released pending his court
appearance.
ARREST: On
July 13, 2016 a Delran Officer conducted a motor vehicle stop on a vehicle
driven by Kelly R. Wilson of Delran for a motor vehicle violation. It was later learned that Mr. Wilson had an
outstanding warrant out of Delran and his license was suspended. Mr. Wilson was processed on the warrant and
he was released.
ARREST: On
July 18, 2016 a Delran Officer conducted a motor vehicle stop on a vehicle
driven by Celeste Delcio-Juarez of Burlington for a motor vehicle violation. It was later learned that Ms. Celeste
Delcio-Juarez had an outstanding warrant out of Westampton and her license was
suspended. Ms. Celeste Delcio-Juarez was
processed on the warrant and she was released.
ARREST: On
July 18, 2016 a Delran Officer conducted a motor vehicle stop on a vehicle
driven by Kelly R. Wilson of Delran for a motor vehicle violation. It was later learned that Mr. Wilson had an
outstanding warrant out of Union City and Deptford. Mr. Wilson was processed on the warrant and
he was turned over Union City.
